I went to the Williston Red Devils baseball practice today and got some great pictures of the team doing drills. The Red Devils were the district champions last year and look to be the class of the district again this year.

Tonight I took pictures of the Levy County All Stars competition cheer team for a feature that the local papers will carry.

There are some serious athletes on this team.

I went to Cedar Key and shot the Sharks Senior Night game. The Sharks beat the Bell Bulldogs 51 - 46

I took pictures tonight of singer Reginald Stacy. He sang soulful tunes for the audience at Cole's.

Shot the Peewee Mercer rodeo for the Pioneer tonight. I had a blast being in the bull chute area with all the hyped bull riders.

I went and shot the Bronson FL - Trenton FL basketball game tonight for the Citizen.

The game was an up and down affair with Bronson outscoring Trenton 14 -3 in the first quarter. Just as it seemed Bronson was going to run away with the game Trenton went on a mad second half run with it's bench players. It was a high contact / roughly-played game. But Bronson held on to win 55 - 42.

I took photos for the Williston Pioneer yesterday. The game I covered was Williston vs. Fort White. Williston won by a huge margin.

The young man in the picture (number 33)is named James "JJ" Hunt. He is a 6'5 freshman with incredible talent. I think once he polishes his post moves he will be one of the better big man in the state of Florida. (oh yeah and he has a turnaround jump shot).

Daniel Carter Beard Bridge, this is one of the many beautiful bridges that connect Cincinnati to Kentucky.

I shot this picture through the front window of the car.

The temperature here in Ft. Thomas is about 9 degrees. We spent most of the day in front of the fire place.

Photographed the lamp in Sandi and Jim Bowman's living room. Sandi can be seen reading the newspaper in the gold band on the lamp. Peaceful evening hanging out with nice folks in Ft Thomas KY.

Got a picture of the Renfro Valley Barn in Renfro Valley Kentucky tonight.

I love passing by the barn on the way to Cincinnati.

Today while I was driving into Chiefland I saw this pretty Florida softwood shack just outside of Turkey Town. It was too beautiful to pass by without taking a picture.

I shot the Williston v.s Gainesville P.K. Yonge soccer match tonight. The Williston girls fell to P.K. 8 - 0 in a hard fought match that is not well represented by the score.

Shot Williston girl's basketball this evening at Gainesville's The Rock.

Fun Game, Williston FL beat The Rock 65 - 56 using team work and hustle. They beat a Rock team that has Lithuanian U20 national team player Saule Kontautaite.

I had the pleasure of shooting a great game last night. Bronson FL beat Oak Hall Gainesville FL 54 - 50.

The picture above is of Bronson High School coach Kelly Beckham celebrating as his team scores and picks up the foul. Beckham is one of the premier coaches in the U.S. - He has well over 500 victories.

I was off-line yesterday. Spent the day at Captiva Island. Beautiful beaches and weather. - in picture are Jenna, Cleo and Eric.

Shot girls' basketball tonight in Chiefland FL. It was great fun watching the teams battle it out.

Shot a girls soccer game today at Gainesville St. Francis for the Williston Pioneer. Got some nice pictures. Above is one of my favorites.

One of the best hills in Gainesville, it's great for marathon training. When you reach the top you are at Florida Field, "The Swamp," and ready for some stadiums. (it's open most days if you feel like running up and down some steps).

This is one of my all time favorite water towers, it looks like one of the robots on the floating Island of Laputa in Hayao Miyazaki's move "Castle in the Sky".
